Hi I'm Amanda
Irish born, tech geek, travel lover and marketer turned dev/designer. I’ve been running a digital agency called Itchy Fingers Design for 11 years.
I am a WordPress website designer and visual marketer, and my goal is to make the world of WordPress accessible to everybody by sharing tutorials, good design principles and growing accessibility awareness.
I enjoy creating beautiful websites that people love to use. I mainly use WordPress to build custom websites using pro tools I have invested in. This site is where I share tips and tutorials and links to my portfolio.
As a lifelong learner, I am always learning and doing my best to keep up with the latest ways of doing things with CSS and HTML and Javascript.
I am also passionate about great typography, UX and designing user interfaces that work well and look beautiful.
I have a deep passion for technology and how it helps us do our jobs better and create better, more inclusive designs.

The world is becoming more and more centred around technology; UX puts designers in an awesome position to help shape the world and make sure we keep things diverse, inclusive, and human!

My Interests
When I’m not travelling, writing, learning or socialising , I can be found cooking in my kitchen, hitting the gym or trying to grow vegetables.
